  event is held twice a year (Spring and Fall).</p><p>This event is located 
 in the parking lot east of Sears at the Richardson Square Mall\, corner of 
 Belt Line and Plano Road. The entrance to the event is on Belt Line Road.</
 p><p>Hours are from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm.</p><p>All types of electronics 
 will be accepted EXCEPT old style CRT monitors and televisions.</p><p>Paper
  shredding is primarily for residents of North Texas and is free. There is 
 a 5 box limit for free shredding. We ask that you donate $5/box over the fi
 ve boxes for free limit. A box is understood to mean a standard “banker’s b
 ox” which is normally about 10x12x16.</p><p>This event is held in conjuncti
 on with the City of Richardson’s Trash Bash.</p><p>This event is our major 
 fundraiser for the year. While the event is free\, donations will be solici
 ted to help us support the Richardson Police Department. (RPD).</p><p>The R
 CPAAA pays for the shredding trucks and the cost to provide those trucks in
 creased dramatically for 2021. As a result\, we may not be able to provide 
 as many trucks as before. Once the trucks are full\, we can no longer shred
  paper. We encourage everyone to arrive earlier rather than wait until the 
 end to drop off their documents for shredding.</p>

 1800 UTC on June 4\, ending at 2359 on June 5\, 2022. All non-RTTY modes ar
 e permitted. Going forward\, RTTY will be the sole mode for the ARRL RTTY R
 oundup\, which will continue to take place in January.</p><p>In broad strok
 es\, this will be an HF – 6-meter event\, on 160\, 80\, 40\, 20\, 15\, 10\,
  and 6 meters\, with single-operator and multi-single entry categories. The
 se are Single Operator\, One Radio (SO1R)\, Single Operator\, Two Radio (SO
 2R)\, and Multi-Single (MS). Overlays in the single-operator categories wil
 l include “all enclosed antennas” and “maximum of 8 operating hours.” Singl
 e-operator entries may operate for 24 hours (with off times taken in one or
  two breaks that are at least 60 minutes long)\, while MS entries may opera
 te for the full 30 hours.</p><p>Operating assistance is permitted for all o
 perating categories.</p><p>Power categories will be QRP (5 W transmitter ou
 tput or less) and low-power (maximum 100 W PEP transmitter output).</p><p>T
 he exchange for the International Digital Contest will be a station’s four-
 character grid square designation. Stations may work each other once per ba
 nd\, regardless of digital mode. Participants will earn 1 point for each co
 ntact\, plus 1 point for each 500 kilometers (310 miles) between stations. 
 So\, a contact between stations 1\,000 kilometers apart would be worth 3 po
 ints. The total score is total contact points.</p><p>ARRL makes available a
  grid-center <strong><a href="http://contest-clubs.arrl.org/griddistancecal
 c.php">distance calculation tool</a></strong>. Options include kilometers (
 always rounded up)\, distance between pairs\, and points.</p><p>For instruc
